Our meats are selected from
local sources and are all identifiable to the farms and fields on which
they were reared. Not only does this permit accountability but also to
establish a relationship with the farmers who supply us.
Similarly our seafood is
supplied by people we knew from our days in the fishing industry - some
of the boats can be seen landing at the harbour in the evenings.
Sunday Carvery
The Sunday Carvery is
served through the winter months,
served from 12.30pm until 8pm.
A choice of 3 starters,
choice of 3 roasts and vegetarian option, choice of desserts, and
coffee and mints.
Our beef is prime rib
cooked on the bone sourced from local farms by John M Munro, Dingwall.
